5:00pm-dark The Dunchurch Fall Fair begins, with our gates opening at 5pm.
5:00pm-dark Exhibition of entries opens in the Dunchurch Community Centre.
5:00pm-dark Food booth open.
5:00pm-dark Petting zoo open.
6:30pm Junior Farmers Olympics starts in the DunDome.
7pm-dark Pretty Low Key band performs on the grounds.
7:30pm (approx.) Senior Farmers Olympics starts directly after the Junior Farmers is completed.
Many things happen on the grounds over the day, so pay attention to the announcements over the loud speakers! If in doubt, ask at the volunteer station by the main gate entrance.

9:00am-4:00pm Gates, grounds, exhibition of entries, petting zoo, vendors (and more!) open.
9:00am-10:30am Food booth - NEW! Breakfast sandwiches available while supplies last.
10:00am-3:00pm Raffle tickets can be purchased just inside the doors of the Community Centre.
10:00am Dunchurch Knox UCW pie and sandwich shop opens.
10:30am-3:30pm Food booth open for lunch.
10:45am Parade participants meet at the Nursing Station with Parade Marshall Lise Bruce.
11:00am Walking parade on the Dunchurch Community Centre grounds (not on the highway).
Following parade Opening Ceremonies with local dignitaries and recognition of parade winners.
1:00pm Children's sports competitions in the centre of the grounds.
1:00pm Horseshoe tournament starts. Pre-register with John Hosick or just show up at the horseshoe pits.
2:00pm (approx.) Log sawing (Pairs in three categories: Men, Women, and Mixed), and spike driving. Extra monetary prizes this year thanks to a generous donor, in honour of Harry, Jimmy, and Tom Johnson.
3:00pm Patron contests close. See us at the trailer beforehand to see if you qualify for a special prize for oldest or youngest Fair guest, longest married couple, newest married couple, guest from farthest away, etc.
3:00pm Raffle draws conclude. Winners will be drawn and announced over the loud speaker.
3:45pm Exhibit hall closes to prepare for entry removal.
4:00pm Exhibitors enter the Dunchurch Community Centre to pick up entries.
Per the rules in our Fair Book, you are not allowed to remove exhibits from the hall until 4pm. No vehicles will be allowed on the grounds until after 4pm.
8:00-11:00pm Square dance at the Dunchurch Community Centre.
4:00pm Awards and Potluck dinner. Prizes and trophies will be distributed, mark your calendar!
