The Fair book can be found on our the Fairbook & Forms section of our website. Read the Rules and Regulations on page 3-4 and the introductory paragraph before each Class. These sections will indicate how items should be shown/displayed and how they will be judged.
Also look at the Special Prize list in the Fairbook & Forms page to see extra categories that you could enter.
Use AssistExpo online to send the Secretary your list of entries or fill out an Entry Form. See Fairbook & Forms for links to AssistExpo and to our Entry Form.
Come to the Dunchurch Community Centre on Wednesday, August 19 between 2-8pm with either your completed form or having already submitted your list in AssistExpo to have your tickets prepared.

Our cut off date for tags is Wednesday, August 19 at 8pm.
Returning members have already paid their membership for this year out of the previous year's winnings. The membership fee for new members is $5 for adults and 1$ for children.
Drop your completed and tagged entries off at the Dunchurch Community Centre on Thursday, August 20 between 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Entries are judged the next day (Friday, August 21).

Entries can and must be removed from the Dunchurch Community Centre at 4pm on Saturday, August 22. Entries cannot be removed before that time.
Prize money can be received in a two ways:
If you live in the Whitestone area, please join us at the Volunteer Appreciation and Awards Potluck on Sunday, September 20, beginning at 4pm at the Dunchurch Community Centre,
If you do not attend the Volunteer Appreciation and Awards Potluck, a cheque will be mailed to you, or you can arrange pick-up by contacting the Secretary.
Cheques for children will be addressed to the parent listed on their entry form.
