Vendors

General Information for vendors:

Please note: we are currently not accepting vendors who sell any food items (baking, hot food, pop).

• 2026 Vendor fees are $25. All vendors are required to purchase admission at the gate for entry to the fair grounds ($5/person).

• A certificate of insurance is required. Please provide a copy to dasfallfair@gmail.com before Fair weekend.

  • 1. • If you do not already have vendor insurance, please use Duuo Canada to purchase affordable single day insurance.

• Vendors can request a spot inside the pavilion or outside on the grounds.

  • 1. • If choosing outside, you must provide your own tent and ensure it is securely fastened.

• Vendors are required to supply their own tables and chairs.

• Set-up/Tear-down:

  • 1. • Saturday set-up time: between 8:30-9:30am

       • Saturday take-down time: no earlier than 4:00pm

       • No vehicles are allowed on the grounds between 9:30-4:00pm.

• Per municipal bylaw, no dogs are allowed on the grounds.

• To not interfere with announcements related to Fair events, we ask that you do not play any external music in your booth. 

• To the best of our ability, we will try to not duplicate products offered, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity.
